Heart, Mind & Soul‘s Shabbaton is unlike any you’ve ever experienced. It’s a weekend full of fun and excitement. You’ll have a chance to meet teens and young adults from across the area, and you’ll participate in workshops designed to help you increase your self-awareness and happiness and motivate you toward the life you’d like to create for yourself.

The cost for the teen programs ranges from $299 to $379, depending on the venue. This fee includes the workshop—which runs from Friday afternoon through Sunday night—and all meals. Scholarships are also available to those in need.
