Heart, Mind & Soul has been running weekend retreats for Jewish teens and adults since 2003 and is based on a program that has been attended by over 200,000 people since 1976. The course runs from Friday before candle lighting to Sunday evening and has been customized for the Orthodox Jewish audience and includes a Shabbaton component.
The program includes davening as well as Shabbos meals, and during the workshop portion—which takes place Friday night, Shabbat day and Motzei Shabbat, and Sunday until 7pm—you will learn ways to enhance all of the relationships in your life, including and especially, the relationship you have with yourself.
The course will open you up to new information, beliefs, and solidification of new possibilities. The course is experiential, with instruction, discussion and experiences tailored to each student’s needs and desired outcomes. You will learn principles, guidelines and practical tools for living your life that expand your opportunities and inspire you to act upon new directions.
The program is designed to show you the limitations resulting from some of your current beliefs—in particular, those you created as a child—and help you move to new beliefs that are better aligned with who you choose to express yourself.
The cost for the workshop, which includes Glatt Kosher meals, is $595, with discounts available for full-time students and couples.
